Shipping policy

Free shipping on all orders

Every FrostPaws order ships free to Lithuania, all EU countries and the United States. There is no minimum order value.

 

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

 

Delivery time

After your order ships, delivery usually takes 7-12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer during peak seasons, holidays or due to carrier delays.

 

Order tracking

Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.

 

Customs and import duties

Orders delivered within the EU include all applicable taxes. For orders to the United States, any import duties or taxes charged by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Wrong address or undelivered packages

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

 

Lost or damaged packages

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
