Getting the right size means the boots stay on and your dog can walk comfortably. Measure your dog standing up, with a soft tape measure, and compare with the chart below.
How to measure
- Back length – from the base of the neck (where the collar sits) to the base of the tail.
- Neck circumference – around the neck where the collar normally sits.
- Paw width – stand your dog on a sheet of paper, mark either side of a front paw and measure the widest point. Front paws are usually the biggest.
Size chart (cm)
| Size | Back length | Neck circumference | Paw width | Boot length |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| S | 20–28 cm | 10–40 cm | 5 cm | 18 cm |
| M | 27–44 cm | 10–42 cm | 6 cm | 19 cm |
| L | 28–45 cm | 10–56 cm | 7 cm | 21 cm |
| XL | 32–55 cm | 10–58 cm | 8 cm | 22 cm |
Sizing tips
- Choose by paw width first. The back and neck straps are adjustable, but the boots are not. If your dog is between two sizes, take the larger one.
- Measurements are taken by hand and can vary by about 1–2 cm.
- Not suitable for long-backed breeds such as Dachshunds, Corgis and Basset Hounds.
- Designed for small to medium dogs.
